- You can expect the installer to work quickly and efficiently. Please realize that, in unique circumstances, problems exist that your installer may not be equipped to handle. In these cases, the installer will advise you of the issue and reschedule a return visit.
- You can expect your order to be correct in color, size, and quality. In some cases, due to the customer handling the initial awning measurement, errors can occur. Your installer will share any discrepancies and provide options to remedy the situation.
- You can expect a thorough inspection of all awnings on the unit.
- You can expect the installer to call attention to weak fabrics and broken hardware.
- You can expect the install team to leave the work area the way they found it, free of any debris they may have created.
